OUTSTANDING cust secede, location, & accommodation
This was a wonderful hotel and the customer service was even better. I realized after I left that I left my watch and charger in the room. The front desk was so prompt in my inquiries and went above and beyond to send to my address in the States. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

All the staff were amazing. We arrived on the day the main bridge collapsed. Traffic was chaotic and could not be managed by multiple GPS devices. Max talked us through it, street by street, to the front door of the hotel.

Hotel Suitess is fantastic. The location could not be better. Right next door to the frauenkirche and main square. So it's incredibly scenic and convenient. The breakfast at the hotel is great. You eat in a bright and cheerful solarium with a view of the Frauenkirche. The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Perfect!
Beautiful hotel right in the city center. Perfectly located. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with grace, and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. They have a wonderful rooftop Terrace and Spa that we quite enjoyed. We will definitely be there again if we make it back to Dresden
