This place isn’t really a 4-star hotel. It looks like the rooms you get through Expedia are the old, smelly ones on the second floor. We booked two rooms, and one of them reeked of sewage—almost unbearable. No one even offered to move us to a different room. The pillows were awful, and the TV remotes in both rooms didn’t work. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent.

Excellent experience! Staff was very warm and welcoming.

Fantastic experience! It is a hidden gem in Dolomiti. I cannot go back to return!!

Friendly staff, great location near high-end shopping and extremely well-maintained rooms. Food selection is awesome and restaurants have great selections.

Very exclusive, nice hotel, with very nice designs, unique, if you like unique, and a very nice location, 10 minutes' walk from the center. This is the place to be in.

The Oswald is lovely; spa facilities and breakfast were great. Most of the town was closed for the season. I would say it's very quiet when not skiing. We took the local bus roundtrip to Ortisei for one day which is more charming and active.
