Our stay was excellent and the hotel, staff, location and food were excellent. Despite difficult circumstances David Borne and Amy on reception plus the rest of the staff were excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area around Droitwich and Worcester. One of the guests left a shower or bath running with water coming through the ceiling into the restaurant area at 7 pm ish but all the staff mucked in to sort it out and dry up. Even the ceiling tiles were replaced over night.

Our room carpet was soaking wet by the side of the bed. It turned out the air con unit was leaking. We got moved to another room. The staff were apologetic and gave us some free drinks vouchers as an apology. We got the impression it had happened before.

Wonderful place to stay!

Staff were super friendly, parking is free but can be a bit hard to come by. The included breakfast was very delicious and made the start of each day great! Absolutely loved my stay at this location and recommend it to anyone!!!
