Excellent chain hotel!
I stay here regularly because it is in a perfect location for my business travels but also because it is simply an excellent hotel. Staff are always top notch, rooms are always clean and more than adequate and the prices are generally very good for when I want them. It is evident that it is run by an excellent management team and this filters all the way down to every detail. Bravo!

Great stay, only issue was that we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children thinking we would get two single beds and one double, but instead got 2 doubles. Not a big problem as the children shared the bed. Otherwise all great.

Superb Stay 10/10 Thankyou
We had a really warm welcome from James and the young ladies on reception. We came from Cardiff for a local music festival, but we had encountered lots of delays en route. However these young, friendly staff really lifted our spirits, they allowed us to have an early check in which made such a difference to us all. Our rooms and bathrooms were spotless, beds extremely comfortable, superb showers, tea/coffee facilities, tv, a/c, and a hearty breakfast with tasty well-cooked bacon, scrumptious sausages, and fluffy scrambled eggs. All the staff were friendly and warm with that brilliant Bromsgrove humour! The four of us strongly recommend this great hotel and would definitely return. Oh and PS…it really was great value too, thank you! Laura Long

Decent facilities in a reasonable area, unfortunately the nearby McDonald's means that the car parks are full of chavs in the evening. Very pleasant staff and a decent breakfast. Good standard of cleaning.

Staff very friendly, very clean hotel. The air freshener in the room a bit overpowering and bed needs a mattress that stops me sleeping ’on a slope’. Quilt was very warm too
