Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The waitress Valererly really looked after us, as did the gentleman on reception when we arrived. Everyone seemed happy and had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, great place to run our dog.

The facilities are functional and the location is very accessible to tram and bus terminal through the center of the city, the are quite a number of community mall to as well as bars and sit out,most of the buffet breakfast is to very helpful for guests with lean budget, mirafiori is a very attractive and convenient for visitors on business and tourists

El hotel el general está ok sin embargo me asignaron la habitación más lejana del elevador más de 50 metros caminando el aire acondicionado en la habitación muy deficiente y lo peor están en remodelación y te despiertan los golpes de martillo a las 7 am todos los días en los que me hospede

Very handy - only a few blocks away from the Porta Nuova train station. A very nice breakfast was included every morning.

Beautiful hotel and room just a short walk to the center of town and museums and shopping. The place was great as were the staff. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The only problem we had was that the showers needed a shower mat or something. It was VERY slippery…one of us actually fell and thankfully was not seriously injured.

Shopping food sites people.. great stay

Ripped bed, sheets were old and shower didn’t work dishes for breakfast were dirty
