Shower head was leaking when trying to bath, Some black mold was in the silicone sealant around tub ! we reported to staff but they had no concerns !!

Older property, has been remodeled. Room was very clean, easy chair in the room had seen better days. Breakfast was good. Minimal interaction with the staff but they were very friendly. Only complaint was minor, towels were a little thin but adequate. Overall, a reasonable place to stay.

Over priced under funded

The hotel is outdated and in poor condition for the amount of the daily rate. Overpriced and the investment has not been put back into the property.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, convenient location. The regular coffee in our room the last few days was espresso, ( although this was blacked out with a felt marker on the package,) and did not work in coffeemaker. Made very weak, watery coffee. I brought it to their attention but was not changed.

Overall the stay was good, the room’s bathroom was ok. There was no plug for the bathtub, and the mechanism for the shower didn’t work well. The breakfast buffet was good, but there were limited options for those with gluten intolerance

We came for a concert at the amphitheater. I found the hotel prices were very high for this time of year and it wasn’t worth the $ When we came to check in at 345 there was a huge line up to check in and rooms were almost but not quite ready. I was a bit disappointed in the whole experience

We had a top floor room with walk-in shower; great view over the town and hoodoos; friendly service; Wi-Fi; breakfast fairly basic but satisfying; convenient location for everything Drumheller has to offer. Very reasonably priced. Minor downsides were a rather noisy air conditioner and the unpredictable ability of the cards to open the door but the front desk always sorted this out quickly. Overall a very strong positive recommendation..
