Our check in was nice, Janelle was friendly at front desk. The elevator was abit sketchy, There was stores in walking distance which was nice. Rooms were clean the Ac was good. The breakfast was great. Would come back to stay.

My kids really enjoyed the pool. Most hotel pools start at 4ft and are too deep for my 4yo. This one was about 3ft? The only complaint I have is that there were no utencils, glasses or dishes in the kitchenette.

Very conveniently located, but the cost for the stay does not match the quality. Check-in was very sloppy. Only allowed to check-in at 4pm on the dot, so it creates long line-ups. Process is very manual and had to have follow-up phone calls from the front desk afterwards because they did not catch things when checking us in. 4pm exact checkout, but still our door was being knocked on to clean before checkout time. Only one elevator worked, and it seemed very unstable.

I can’t tell if this is an older hotel that was very modern when it was built, or if it is an older hotel with sporadic upgrades. A sort of mix of newer and quite old features. Ex new/modern bathroom vanity and very old/dated shower hardware and elevator. None the less it was a nice stay, clean room, comfy bed and friendly staff. The waffle maker was nice.

We stayed in a room next to the elevators. One elevator was shut down and the other one had a loud bang and shutter at each floor it stopped at. Because we were next to it no one slept that night. I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they weren’t interested in providing a refund.

Ok seasonal hotel
At check in was required to sign agreeing to a $250 cleaning charge for smoking, only to find the room had already been smoked in. Second room was also smoked in, plus had the building air conditioning unit right outside the window. Wall-banger A/c unit for the room was "thermostat controlled " but would not shut the fan off at set temperature so had to unplug to sleep. Room was OK otherwise for a small town hotel. Lobby was fine and was clean enough. Sheets were OK. Mattress was OK. Shower door would not allow a larger person to get into the shower.

The room was good. The staff’s were very friendly. Hotel provides free breakfast which is simple and nice. Easy access to everywhere. Walkable to downtown area. It was a wonderful experience staying there.
