We checked in and went to our room. The hallway smelled of human waste. Also, the air conditioner in the room would not turn on. When we complained about the smell, the person at the desk said she was just down there and did not smell anything. She also told us the air conditioner needed to be recycled and we should have called. We were told nothing could be done about the smell and if we did not like it we could just leave. Clerk was rude and argued with us and she eventually called the police. We had to leave.

Convenient location, however the building and rooms need an upgrade. It appears old and outdated. The coffeemaker in the room had dust in the container where the pod goes. The floor in the bathroom had loose tiles. The breakfast was very limited. The coffee maker in the lobby was only adequate. I am gluten-free, so I chose to eat elsewhere. Overall, and compared to the other hotels my husband and I stayed at on a road trip, this Best Western was the shabbiest. We would not stay here again.

It was just ok. Shower took nearly 15 minutes to even get hot. Coffee machine was broken down on day of check in to the day of check out. Breakfast was luke warm. I’ve stayed her in previously. Was less than impressed. The only plus was the bed was comfortable.

Everything was fairly clean, but the bathroom sink can benefit from a little bleach, which I did. (I went to Walmart and got bleach and poured it to the sink and it works). Other than that everything was ok.

I didn’t like the kiosk I rather had a person check me in and out. I didn’t like that I had to go to another building for my room, and that it was upstairs with no elevator. I just had surgery a month ago so it made it harder on me.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get good sleep because somebody checked in above my bedroom about 12:34 AM was taking on the phone, took loud shower, made lot of noise for half an hour. Then when I fall asleep somebody else came about 3:30AM, and they talk and talk aloud, and I barely slept. I was not happy at all.
