everything was super good, except the music from Monkey Bar, that last until very late at night. Would be a good idea to share this information upfront and if still available choose another room on the other side of the hotel.

We’ve stayed at other 25 hours hotels & from our experience from those decided to stay at this property. As much as the hotel is wonderful, the room big & lovely I can’t say the same about the staff. Try to find a staff member in the breakfast restaurant to smile is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. We were allocated a room directly underneath building work with drilling & it took the assistant manager 2hrs to find an alternative room. We then had issues with being charged for breakfast when it was included in the rate. Wouldn’t stay there again because of the staff.

Beautiful Design, but Major Service and Comfort Is
They have a strange sense of music and entertainment. Out of nowhere, they blast loud music at the hotel between midnight and 3 AM, hosting events in empty restaurants. The music continues until 3 AM, even though no one is attending or participating. I can’t understand why they disturb people with such excessive noise for no reason. We had to change our room because of this, and even the staff admitted they experienced the same issue and that everyone was annoyed by it. I don’t understand why these over-the-top events are prioritized when guests are unable to sleep due to the noise. We noticed that the rooms were not clean, as dust bunnies under the beds and in other hidden areas were clearly visible. Even after repeated cleaning, it seemed those spots were never actually addressed. The hotel’s taxi service is quite strange because it also operates with Uber. If you call the same car via Uber, a trip that costs 40 AED will cost 100 AED if booked through the hotel. In other words, cars belonging to the hotel are also used as taxis through local ride-hailing apps. The water provided in the rooms is very inadequate and doesn’t give the impression that it’s meant for drinking. It’s ridiculous to have water in soda cans. If we are trying to protect the environment, this should be one of the last things to change or improve. It was the most beautifully designed hotel I have ever stayed in. However, the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell.

The staff and service were exceptional from desk to dining to housekeeping to concierge (very attentive and alert.) Breakfast was great. Staying here was an attraction in and of itself.

The visual design of the property is fantastic. Perfect place to take pictures and vlogging etc. convenience is a problem though, as the hotel had to sacrifice some of standard things to make it look much more appealing and unique. Examples: the old-style showers look amazing, but impossible to use. The water is either burning hot or cold. The open design of shower looks great, but does not allow to isolate it from the room and to have a full steam shower experience. There is no outlet in the bathroom, so to use a blow dryer you have to stand close to the door and use a wardrobe mirror to dry your hair. And so on.... bottom line: nice experience, not a perfect fit for short business trips when you need standard high quality things fast.

Nice hotel but don’t rely on a late check in
The hotel itself is lovely. The challenges were with the check-in. the hotel had overbooked by more than a few rooms, so not all of us had rooms to stay and the hotel made no effort to help find alternative accommodation in the city.
