I stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel with my mum for two weeks and overall, we had a great experience. We booked a two-bed room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a lovely traditional charm and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While there was a variety of options available, the freshness of the food could be better. A bit more attention to quality in the morning spread would really enhance the overall experience. Still, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying again.

I was refused check in because my daughters from Canada did not have theirs physical passports to check in. I had copies of them On my phone but that was not good enough. Nowhere did it say on the reservation that all persons needed passports, only the person with the reservation. They refunded one night two rooms but not the first. Ruined my daughter’s vacation.

This property was AMAZING! The whole hotel is themed like an old middle eastern souk. With shopping, dining, and photo opts. Highly recommend this fun and vibrant hotel. Hotel rooms are in different buildings throughout the soul. Making you feel immersed in the theme. Loved it! Breakfast five star!

Charmant hôtel

Très bel hôtel dans le coeur du vieux Dubai, littéralement dans le souk. Ce sont 10 bâtiments différents avec l'architecture arabe, donc plus typique et charmant que le reste de Dubai. La chambre était très propre, le staff accueillant. Nous pouvions demander un lift en golf cart pour se déplacer de la réception au bâtiment ou pour aller à l'Hôtel Canopy pour profiter de la piscine et du spa. Même si c'est au coeur de l'action, nous n'avons pas été importunés par le bruit dans notre chambre, c'était plutôt paisible. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, complet. Beaucoup de cafés et petits restaurants autour.
