The rooms are excellent big size easy for wheelchair ♿ access but there is anoise from airport activities The resturant staff are very good on providing service 👏 👌 👍 very helpfull The breakfast is good need improvement and adding more dishes for Arabs and ME people The servise is exccelent I recommend it for families

I love the bathroom mainly the shower it was nice, modern and a good size. However, the housekeeping was very poor all through our 6 days stay. The breakfast and lunch we had was not good, some of the staff were a bit hostile, you also couldn't hang in the lobby area where they provided chairs and tables to eat snack unless you bought the snack from them😏. The location was not convenient to most places we needed to go although, there is a train stop not too far away. No i would not book or recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my family for one night during a week trip to Dubai. Hotel is very close to the Airport. Hotel staff is very welcoming, good dining options. I recommend it for short 1-2 days stays.

The room had high ceilings, a good amount of space, and good light, with attractive modern decor. Lobby is not elegant but has a nice, lively feel to it. Much more character than a typical airport hotel. And the checkin was extremely pleasant. Alino, I think his name was, was immensely cheerful and helpful, which we appreciated arriving at midnight after a full day of flying. And his offer of a later checkout time was much appreciated. Pretty good breakfast too. All in all, quite a pleasant stay – at a reasonable price.

The hotel indeed is very close to the airport, but you can't walk there, at least from the main terminal. Especially when you have luggage and children with you. The hotel is advertising itself as "walking distance to the airport ". In my experience , it is misleading. Would be better if they have explicitly recommended a use of the shuttle. Which is quite practical alternative. Runs evry 20 minutes.
