This hotel is amazing, the facilities are great and the staff are incredible! They went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel location is also really convenient - a very short walk to the beach, the marina and the metro. Also thank you for the birthday surprise! I will definitely be coming back to Amwaj Rotana the next time I come to Dubai. Special thanks to Moubarak the duty manager and also to Swapan

Our room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was always fresh with plenty of choices. The hotel is broadly located just walking distance from all the main attractions and restaurants of JBR. Our cleaner / housekeeper Akash was very friendly and helpful when we asked for more water to be provided. All of the staff were very courteous and polite. My friend had lost her sunglasses and when we reported it to guest services and the reception team they were most helpful in helping us to review the CCTV footage and try to locate them again which was really appreciated. One thing I would say was that there is an issue with waiting times for the lifts (elevators) and sometimes we waited for close to ten minutes before the lift would come which could be quite frustrating. Overall we had a wonderful 7 night stay at the Amwaj and would return in future.

Stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Can not fault the service. They go above and beyond where they can for there guests. Day of arrival, unfortunately room took a hour longer than check in time than expected, was offered complementary lunch whilst I wait due to the delay. Luggage was bought to the room and I misplaced my lock key- hotel staff kindly helped by breaking the lock off for me! Rooms were always cleaned thoroughly and sheets changed upon request. When I called from the room for anything, wait time was minimal! They were always as quick as they could be. Breakfast buffet, selection of food! Loved it my favourite part of the morning! Pool staff extremely helpful and always asking if you needed anything. Spa staff, can’t fault the massages and reasonably priced (previously stayed at another hotel due to this hotel being booked up - I still came to this hotel to book my massage, that’s how good it was and the service). Hotel valet - always very polite, unintentionally kept leaving the panroof and windows open but they would always kindly close when parking the car, minimal wait time went requesting for my car. One occasion during my stay my car wouldn’t start outside the hotel - the staff were great with helping the mechanics push the car round the back parking area. The door men, day/ night security always very friendly, welcoming and chatty! Overall another brilliant stay! & Definatly will be back!

My stat with this hotel was nothing but the best. EVERYONE was so helpful! Especially Bassel, who took the initiative to help me with a situation I had. I was robbed of my money and when I presented the situation to him, he immediately called the owner of the shop and called the police. Super helpful and genuine. Location was in close proximity to the beach and lots of tourist-focused restaurants. Hotel was very well maintained, food was great and staff were very helpful. Taxis and Uber were available almost in an instant everyday. There was however traffic getting in everyday and every time.

It’s located in a tourist center, so it’s convenient to reach the beach etc. the room size is ok, the sea view rooms can partly see the sea. The bathroom is very small and old the toilet cover is smaller than the bidet. Amenities are very basic, pool has no view, and hotel is very noisy, even on the 25th floor. House keeping was good for the first night then service declined.

Arrived at 2pm check in time. But the room was not ready until 3:30 pm. Waited in lobby was offer free drink. Other than that Fantastic hotel with best location. Rooms are wonderful with sea views, Breakfast was good. Service is excellent. DMCC metro station is 13 min walk from hotel. Housekeeping is very friendly. Thank you so much. Will definitely stay again.

Well located to walk the JBR walk. Close to everything. JB onsite bar is excellent pricing during happy hour. Room servicing was excellent
