I recommend this location even though the hotel is only 3 stars, the rooms look 4 stars, cleaning is done every day in the rooms, towels and linen are changed. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all the details of the customers! They have a varied breakfast, the only inconvenience was that the restaurant is a little too small for the number of people and that you have to stand in line to enter and eat!

Good stay.

Everything was decent about this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very good for a 3 star hotel. Main reception area and seating very good. Corridors were wide. Only slight downside I found was breakfast could have been better in terms of quality. Dinner was good. Outside were facilities for playing sports. Location and accessibility very good.

Great customer service, property was very clean. Only cons are there is not much variety at the restaurant if you choose the package with lunch or dinner included. Also the walls are paper thin I can hear the person in the next room drop a pen but overall good experience. Free shuttle to Dubai mall and La Mer Beach was a plus!

First of all The room was way too small we had no space for our luggage and we were shocked because it’s nothing like the pictures. I also had a huge problem bathroom floor had black worms and was flooded with water it was extremely disgusting and the towel on the handle was also wet. I had the twin beds room, the beds are very uncomfortable and super close together. even when they moved me to a different room the towels in the bathroom had a weird smell. And after all these issues all they said they could do for me is bring extra water bottles as if that’s going to solve the damn issue. I had the worst experience i’ve ever had with a hotel and honestly that’s the first time i’ve ever seen such thing in Dubai i’ve never experienced this. Never going back to this hotel I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Nice place. Value for money. Excellent breakfast. Courteous staff. After check-in, didn't like the room, the staff gave a different room without any issue. Found the palace very safe. The trip advisors gave good choice and deals.
