My daughter and I absolutely loved Atlantis, the Palm. The King Room we had was great with balcony, the resort was just right and the service was amazing by all staff. The Bar was fantastic too. We found the whole experience amazing. The Hakkasan and Gordon Ramsey food restaurants were delicious. Service was impeccable.

I stayed in Imperial room with Palm View and probably wasn't even a 4-star experience. Poor hospitality, not many facilities, no room service, very bad. Wouldn't recommend at all

I couldn’t fault this place even if I tried. Everything was perfect from the second we arrived to the second we sadly left. We loved our whole trip. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and the housekeeping staff went all out with cake, decorations. It was so thoughtful. The whole place is immaculate, the food amazing and all the staff are incredible and a credit to the hotel. We would love to return.

Currently staying in the Atlantis the palm. Stayed here for my birthday. It’s been a great stay. Staff are all friendly. House keeping is excellent. Especially Govinda really lovely smiley and always going above and beyond. I did have a small hiccup when I arrived. However it was dealt with professionally by the management and made my stay even more memorable. Some improvements I will liked to make would be to make sure there are updates on what’s being refurbished/ closed prior to booking. As the aquarium was something I was looking forward to. The waterpark access was lovely but the lockers was expensive in my opinion. Maybe some special rates could apply for people staying in the hotel. But overall will come here and visit again maybe this time with family. The buffet was all tasty and truly exceptional. Really nice and clean hotel with attention to detail from house keeping. Thank you to all the staff who made my birthday and stay more memorable
