The receptionist was very arrogant and the manager was very helpful, if i ever go there again, its bse of the manager lady. She treats people with humanity. And the massage was very professional even though their price was extremely high compared to other locations

Staff is accommodating. Great location near quaint park and several dining options including in the mall a five minute walk away. The water for the shower doesn't get very hot or stay hot long. The rooms show a little wear and tear but price when I first checked in made the stay a real value. Prices climbed up during EID and wasn't as good of value. Still a good stay.

Outdated, everything is old and not comfortable. Only the entrance looks nice. Very noisy, some construction going on. Paid for deluxe king room, only because I wanted a balcony, there was none, just a broken looking window overseeing dirty patio with no excess to it. Check in took forever, even though I arrived 4pm, and wasn't friendly. The in room service- limited food was available, and not eatable really. So if you need a quiet 24 hours between your flights with decent food brought to your clean and comfortable room, this is NOT a place for you

Friendly Staff. HOWEVER, simply forgot to arrange a morning wake up call despite asking specifically about it! Also I was charged extra amount more than Expedia suggested to be charged at the hotel reception. It is a nice hotel but I would not rate it more than 3 stars at the best, as it is lacking proper maintenance
