During my recent stay, I experienced multiple bug bites and, upon checking out, discovered a large bed bug on the bed. I immediately went to the front desk and showed them a video of the bug as evidence. I was informed that no manager was available at the time but was reassured several times that someone would follow up with me within two days. Unfortunately, it has now been over a week and a half, and I have yet to receive any response.

The staff are good, the facility is clean but it smells cigarette every night even though i stayed in non smoking room.There’s no wall clock to look at.The breakfast buffet has very limited choices.

Everything was great here. Room service, to the rooms. The only gripe was the bathroom seemed luxurious but anything you'd do would cause the bathroom to be soaking wet.
