Stay away, a completely terrible hotel!
A completely terrible experience. The hotel rooms are extremely outdated, with constant issues like broken appliances—leaking bathtub, broken TV, water problems, and a malfunctioning fridge—yet no one responds to fix them. The floors are scratched, the showers are rusty, and the lobby is nearly closed. The staff, particularly the ladies at the front desk, are untrained and unhelpful. Additionally, they try to charge you for literally anything and everything! I’ve experienced far better service even in smaller hotels within the same city.

It’s not how it looks on pictures, complete catfish! the hotel had a very horrible smell and there was times when the ground floor was so busy with people that we had to wait around 15 mins for a lift. There must have been something going on as there was coaches of people of India at one point I felt like I was in India not Dubai

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views
I had a wonderful stay at the Millennium Plaza Hotel in Dubai! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the skyline. The staff were incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any requests, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Good room. Hotel has renovations going on so a bit crowded in common areas. All staff that I came across have been helpful, especially Ron the duty manager. She deserves a special mention, good front office staff too. Housekeeping attended to my requests promptly. The hotel is located near a metro station, so getting around to attractions is easy.
