My stay was incredible. My room was gorgeous, the facilities were amazing and the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. On top if that, the food was superb and everywhere was so clean. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, not just with my room but with all the facilites at the hotel. I will definitely be staying here during my next trip to Dubai.

Hotel itself is great. Just be aware that they do not separate bookings between smoking and non-smoking rooms, so if they are out of non-smoking rooms you will be placed into a smoking room without any warning prior to check-in (which reeks). The only alternative options they offered was to cancel the entire booking (with a fee of one nights stay) or upgrade to a suite (which is much more expensive). Not sure if this is common practice in Dubai but If you want to guarantee you will be in a smoke free room book elsewhere.

Would make this my main work, business bay hotel
This was a business trip. I did eat in hotel occasionally and used gym twice, pool once - reason for saying this - I can only judge as someone who was hardly there. But, amazing room, great cleanliness. For me gym basic but fine for short stay. For a city hotel the pool and beds had great sun all day, to 4pm anyway. Food quality good. Holidays I do on the Palm so not to that level of choice and service - but great for this type of stay. Odd things I chased for, but very responsive overall.

All the staff were very friendly, especially the Naem, Mohammed and Novi and all the rest of the staff in the restaurant. They always greeted us especially our 9 month old baby who was always so happy to see everyone at breakfast and dinner. If we called for more water or towels to our room it would arrive within a few minutes. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to the Dubai mall but also restaurants nearby. it is a good location as things are not too far by taxi. Overall great experience
