Horrible service at this hotel. Rooms looks nice. Took two hours to receive towels. 5 phone calls for someone to fix the espresso machine. 2 hour wait for someone to come clean the jacuzzi. Each time this was reported to management, they would take 24 hours to send a manager, after multiple phone calls requesting one. The manager would come say give us another chance. Then this would all repeat again. Checked out one night early from my reservation because of my awful experience and they still did not even refund that last night. Terrible management. Cannot emphasize this enough. Do not waste your time with this location, they ignore any requests and complaints until you make a fuss about it, and even then, they do the bare minimum. Far from a 5 star experience that’s for sure.

Busy hotel with all different walks of people staying there . Best suited for adults 25-40 . The room was nice and cleaned daily, breakfast was the same everyday but very good , half board option was good as well .. construction can be heard and seen from your room, and at the pool but nothing unbearable. All in all I would give my experience an 8/10

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. My friends and I book a 4 bedroom Penthouse, and all bedrooms had bathrooms inside. The wrap. around patio, with stunning views was breathtaking from the balcony, our rooms, the infinity pool area was relaxing, inviting and peaceful. Housekeeping was phenomenal! Every day we came back to find our rooms neat and items organized. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very convenient. The staff we're courteous, efficient and friendly. I definitely will be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the hotel. Staff all very nice and welcoming. There was only 2 problems i found they are pushy for double payment. I paid for breakfast at the reception they day i arrived and the next day at breakfast they tried to charge me again. When i showed them the receipt that i had paid, they still pushed for the money. And even came to my table with the card machine to push me to pay. Then another day the cleaner opened my door and left it wide open. And left, nowhere to be seen. I had gone down 5 minutes before and forgot my card so went back to get it and found my door open with nobody around anywhere. Nothing was missing but i didnt like coming back to my room open for anyone and everyone to walk in. I told front desk but never heard anything back. Apart from those 2 things the rest of the stay was great. Goose bar was really good to chill and watch football, the pool was really nice, the food was nice from all the places i visited in the hotel. I would stay again
