This hotel is absolutely beautiful. My friends and I book a 4 bedroom Penthouse, and all bedrooms had bathrooms inside. The wrap. around patio, with stunning views was breathtaking from the balcony, our rooms, the infinity pool area was relaxing, inviting and peaceful. Housekeeping was phenomenal! Every day we came back to find our rooms neat and items organized. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very convenient. The staff we're courteous, efficient and friendly. I definitely will be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the hotel. Staff all very nice and welcoming. There was only 2 problems i found they are pushy for double payment. I paid for breakfast at the reception they day i arrived and the next day at breakfast they tried to charge me again. When i showed them the receipt that i had paid, they still pushed for the money. And even came to my table with the card machine to push me to pay. Then another day the cleaner opened my door and left it wide open. And left, nowhere to be seen. I had gone down 5 minutes before and forgot my card so went back to get it and found my door open with nobody around anywhere. Nothing was missing but i didnt like coming back to my room open for anyone and everyone to walk in. I told front desk but never heard anything back. Apart from those 2 things the rest of the stay was great. Goose bar was really good to chill and watch football, the pool was really nice, the food was nice from all the places i visited in the hotel. I would stay again

I would not recommend this hotel. Stayed in the most expensive room om the 59tj floor and it smelt of cigarettes and vomit. Unpleasant odours in the four bedroom villa. This ruined our experience. The manager had given us a discounted upgrade but it was a mistake to wait an hour after checkin time for the room.

Overall it was a lovely holiday the only downside was a rude lady bar tender who worked outside kept constantly coming up to us moaning and insisting on tips etc, a lot of other guests were complaining about her attitude as well. Everyone else at the hotel was amazing and the property was very clean.
