I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless someone wants to party. This hotel customer service is horrible. The staff helps the locals better than the actual guests staying there. The first day of checking in I had issues but the front desk manager made my stay a little better. Until I ran into the pool staff which was horrible. I asked for help multiple times and was ignored then finally a manager came and offered to remove my food from my bill like that was supposed to fix my problem and it didn’t a simple I apologize and how can I fix this. Like the staff stated people only come to this hotel for vibes not customer service. I will not be returning

Excellent Stay at Five Palm Jumeirah
Excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff greeting you everyday just walking down the hall and asking if you need anything. They go out of their way to not say no to your requests. The property is beautiful and very lively and it seems that many people from outside the hotel visit the pool and beach facilities. It is expensive for sure, but the quality is there.
