We gave a two star rating only because it is unbelievable that as an international destination this hotel does not offer English channels on their TV. There were only Arabic channels and staff could not help us. This is a big issue when you are staying many days. The hotel excelled in all other areas and was a lot of fun.

This hotel had the fun luxury vibes I was looking for and did not disappoint! The pool parties, the restaurants and the night clubs were all vibes! It is a stunning hotel and the balcony views are amazing! I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and was hoping for an upgrade to a suite, but that did not happen! :( Overall, I really think the hotel could have done more to make my birthday feel a bit more special. Also, requesting pick up from the hotel through Uber can be challenging due to the routing to get to the area/hotel. Those were my only critiques, but I would definitely stay here again! It was a near perfect hotel to celebrate a birthday! :)
