It was really nice staying at Florida Square due to the following reasons: Professional and pleasant staff esp. the night front desk staff Cleanliness, the cleaners were exceptional Comfort Quietness except for one night when some guests were very noisy Access to shopping area

no hot water,they just have bed, shuttle came 15 minutes late although we paid for shuttle. Don't even try this hotel. Very bad and dirty hotel. they did not have any hot water, bathroom was dirty.

다시는 자유여행가지 않고 싶은 마음뿐 너무 괴로웠다

두바이몰 근처로 표기되어있기에 예약하였으나 실제로는 데이라의 금시장 근처에 있습니다 예약 당시 무료주차가 가능하다 설명한 것과는 달리 주차장은 아예 없었으며 근처 유료주차장을 이용해야 했습니다(시간당 5디르 함정도) 체크인시 결제 확인 안된다고 다음날 사이트에 스스로 연락해서 처리하라 하더니 다음날 사이트 직원이랑 통화한 후에는 의사소통 상의 문제였다고 둘러댄다 영어를 아무리 못해도 결제가 된 것과 안된 것을 판별할 수 없을 정도는 아니었다고 본다 분명 내부 시스템상의 문제였을 것으로 추정된다 근처는 대부분 현지인과 파키스탄, 인도 등 나라에서 온 상인들로 북적이기 때문에 호텔은 매우 시끄럽고 청결함과 치안상태가 특히 의심됐다 호텔스닷컴의 잘못된 정보제공과(위치, 주차 문제) 체크인시 겪었던 불편함 덕분에 남은 일정 내내 실수에 대한 만 회의 마음뿐이었다 아 정말 오랜만에 간 여행이었는데 다시는 자유여행 가지 않고 싶은 마음뿐 너무 괴로웠다
