We returned to stay at this hotel, but we were very disappointed with the room condition this time. The bulbs in the bathroom did not work, the room was cold and we asked for a heater but none was provided. The connection to connect phone chargers were not working. I was told that the breakfast will be at discounted rate, but we were charged the full amount. I am extremely disappointed this time with our stay at Fairmont. Hopefully, they can cater to the ordinary guests like us than Dixon celebrities and rich folks. Very disappointed.
