Really loved the Gevora hotel was the perfect stay everyone very friendly and helpful pool area was great with cool views day and night time for so memorable photographers the room its was great the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had so good sleeps were had and the view from my room was incredible, I was supposed to be moving to another hotel today but decided to stay on here for five more days I’m really happy i chose this place to stay I will definitely be staying here in the future

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The service was terrible, the breakfast buffet was low quality and not fresh, and the staff showed no sense of hospitality. The absolute worst part was discovering a cockroach in my room. At 1:30 in the morning I had to move rooms, completely ruining my night. After suffering through four nights, I checked out early and went to another hotel. The fact that this is advertised as a luxury property is a complete joke. I would never recommend Gevora Hotel to anyone — it was a nightmare from start to finish.

Good hotel, great location.

Great Location and good hotel. Definitely would stay here again. Only 1 thing to note: if you are looking for a good view and upper levels, only Studio rooms are available. Suite/1BR/2BR rooms are on lower floors only with not much view.

Excellent service. I don't have have had hot water the first day but they sent someone to fix It pretty quick. Room was big and on the 53rd floor. Good view of the city. Close to metro. Also I didn't have any issues with the elevator as some people complained.

Very nice hotel close to Dubai business areas and also the metro which was convenient. Has a nice view of the Burj Khalifa from some rooms. Staff were friendly and generally accommodating. Only negative point is that to go to the top level you have to have a reservation and minimum is $D100. We had 20 people staying at the hotel for a wedding and wanted to take some pictures up there but were not allowed. This was disappointing considering the amount of money we'd spent there already. Elevators during Fri-Sun are also quite busy so can take a while if you're above floor 41. Overall it's a nice hotel and I'd stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch — everything from the on-site dining to the fitness center was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.
