the room is nice and clean however it's so noisy u can hear the lobby music ,the house keeping takes the towels and forgets to replace them and sometimes wont even put soap/shampoo if you use it the lobby café has good sandwiches but below average drinks and coffee

After a 14-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel to find no one there to welcome me or help unload my luggage. I had to carry everything myself, which was really difficult, especially as a woman handling heavy bags. The next day, I called for a couple of bottles of water, and it took them 29 minutes to deliver. Overall, the lack of assistance and slow service has been really disappointing.

This property was a major disappointment for a 5 star hotel. The internet was down for 3 nights of my 7 nights stay. The hotel rooms were clean but had a musty Oder in my room. The customer service would not pick up the phone overnight which is a big safety hazard in case someone had an emergency. This place was absolutely terrible! I will never stay here again in my life! You stay here at your own risk being there are many better options in Dubai.

I had a wonderful stay at Vintage Grand Hotel. Everything was amazing, from the elegant ambiance to the exceptional service. I want to give special recognition to Juvy at the reception. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and went out of her way to assist us with all our questions. Her attention to detail and helpful attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
