This property gave me a really bad taste as their key to enter the room didn’t work for almost 45 minutes of my check in and they made me go up and down for multiple times while having my family standing in the hallway. Didn’t feel like a great hotel as I was expecting.

Second time coming back here, the service at the hotel is always great. We never have any issues at grand Hyatt. We tried once a different hotel and we said there’s no comfort and service like the way you get it here. Also the waterpark that will be opening soon looks amazing already so cannot wait to come back when that is done! Even when we were checking out the hotel was really busy at the lobby due to a conference happening but no staff missed greeting and giving their best service to us and going out their to approach us to say bye which was nice. Hotel is always clean and has great facilities.
