Great on B&B basis
Happy and dissapointed at the same time.....we booked a 4 bed suite via hotels.com on a half board basis...room and cleaning staff were fabulous, Breakfast food and staff were second to none...Pools and beach areas were excellent (shared with Hilton JBH) so great hotel if you dont have food allergy....our daughter is allergic to dairy and gluton and while the hotels will tell you in their reply that they cater for all requirements they actually dont !! In Hartison buffet we found grilled chicken she could eat but nothing else but salad so twice we asked 2 chefs if they could do some boiled rice....point blank no was the reply...after dinner i did complain and was told by head chef that they would put some on for her (after dinner) Wave breaker refused to do some grilled chicken for her when we asked and to add insult we ordered water at 11 euro a bottle they brought 3 glassed as 'she wasnt eating' ..... this attitude by the hotel was in danger of ruining our week so we decided not to try again so ate out where she had no issue being catered for.....so to sum up if i was ever to go back and i doubt i would it would be on a B&B basis as Breakfast staff catered for her fantastically well ..Also to note on checkout wasnt even asked if we enjoyed our stay.

Dubai is amazing!
The hotel was excellent. Our room was in the tower behind the main hotel front, but they interconnect via a bridge and we were grateful of this as the restaurants were quieter but we still had access to all facilities. The pool is shaded, which is a positive in 32+ degree heat. The beach is stunning. The hotel staff promote no sunbed saving, which means there is always room. We also utilised local facilities such as Jet skiing. Very friendly and worth the money. We ate at 3 of the restaurants, Hartson for buffet breakfast each day, the italian place for 1 night and 2 nights in the Wavebreaker, which is right on the aforementioned beach. This was by far our favourite. Wavebreaker offers BBQ grilled meat & fish at reasonable prices and 2 for 1 alcoholic drinks every night. There was even live accoustic music on Friday night. The area around the Walk is very friendly and safe. There are a plethora of american and world restaurants should you want to venture away from the hotel. The staff in the hotel were very polite and knowledgeable. Overall, the perfect family holiday. Will be returning.

Great apartment and hotel, we had a large 2 bed apartment which was perfect for our family, much better than all being in one room. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen with all facilities including large fridge/freezer and washing machine and 3 bathrooms. very clean and well looked after hotel, close to restaurants on Jumeriah beach, and good bar and restaurants on site. You can use the facilities at the Hilton Jumeriah beach also which has direct access to the beach and a bigger pool area. The only complaint from my side was the noise from the bar downstairs which kept us awake on the first night as we were on 2nd floor (but this was only on the Saturday night, the other nights were fine), disappointing view from balcony too but we weren’t in the apartment much so wasn’t too big a deal. Would stay here again.

The Hilton residences is a great location, has good facilities and good staff. Bathroom is definitely in need of an upgrade in the room and the lifts are not good (takes ages to stop at your floor). Noise from The Walk from cars was quite loud at weekend and the walls between rooms are very thin. Overall our stay was good and we would return.

This was a nice 5 star hotel. The only problem was the elevators are limited on which floors they stop. We sometimes spent 6 to 8 mins navigating the elevators. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the beach was amazing. We had lots of beach umbrellas and chairs. The JBR walk was really exciting on evenings and nights. The staff are all amazing. If I go again I would stay at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah which is attached to Hilton The Walk by a bridge. The elevators work better on that side.

The property is in an excellent location and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom in our room was very dated and the bath handle was loose as was the bath plug release. The bed is fantastically comfortable. The lift system seems very poor and we often had very long waits for the lift which was very off putting. Overall a nice hotel but nothing exceptional.

The hotel is located in the heart of JBR which the beach right on your doorstep and all the best places to eat. The area is really buzzing and has a great vibe if that’s what you’re after, we loved it! The hotel was awesome, we had a sea view! The hotel staff are really lovely and helpful. The chef was really accommodating to our dietary requirements and made us special eggless breakfast stuff. Would definitely stay again. You’ve got the Roxy cinema across the road and the city sight seeing bus picks up and drops off about 5 minutes from the hotel which was really convenient for us. Thank you Hilton The Walk

We stayed in a 4bedroom 4 bathroom and it was extremely large with great views. The only complaint was the hotel restaurants were average to below average. The elevator situation is HORRIBLE!!!!! Elevators are SUPER slow and reached load capacity often. Even with these complaints, I would definitely stay there again.

First of all the water there comming out of faucets was dirty brown colorI will add a picture of that water it is a brown color. And they didn't return my security deposit even though nothing have happened they told me it is on its way to me and will take upto 5 business days its past that period now but money haven't yet arrived.
