Clean and quiet. Not so good shuttle service

Clean basic room. Slept well, quiet. Biggest issue. Walked long way to find the hotel shuttle, i waited 20mins and it drive in and out. Didnt stop for me. I walked back to terminal, line of 150ppl for taxis. It ended up costing me 150dirhams for 5 min drive in a Vip taxi. It was 46 degrees and humid. I couldnt try and wait for another shuttle and risk it driving by again

The room was outdated, dust bin in the washroom was broken- spoke to FIVE different people (including the Duty Managers & House Keeping) over FOUR days and nothing was done to have it replaced. We also were open to moving rooms and the room offered to us was also in shambles! The standing shower area had insects housing themselves in one corner, grime and filth in the washroom. All in all the Worst experience a family could have gone through on a vacation. Would not recommend this property to anyone!
