Check in was disaster with Receptionist from Egypt I believe .. he show zero respect.. house keeping is very slow .. when you ask something from house keeping it took hours to do it .. they don't have bell boy if you need anything you have to go downstairs by yourself .. no taxi near hotel so location is bad .. for breakfast they took all food by 10 Am morning.. if you come early you will not find space to set and if you come late they will close breakfast and will not let you eat ..

After 19 hrs of flight, I got in to the hotel and I can't take a shower, they said,the hotel has a pipe broke. I forgot a coffee tumbler in room refrigerator, I check out and I went bk and they said they no have it. They stole my special tumbler. No I do not recommend this Hotel at all.

Booked a king bed with a sofa bed for 3 people. When arrived had to pay extra for the 3rd person. Room was very small and king bed was smaller than a queen bed. Washroom was not clean and very small.

Dining options and shuttle seevice were great. Room was ckean,washroom shower drainage didn't work property due to the clogged hair. Body lotion dispenser didn't work at all. House keeping staff needs to pay attention to the minor cleaning details
