These hotel is very accesible to metro station, we have saved a lot money by not taking the taxi service. Breakfast is ok but limited choices. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are adequate in space, staff cleaning the room regularly. I have booked for three person but the other bed is not prepared so we have to pull the bed on our own. It has been mentioned on the amenities that they have free trasnpirt going to dubai mall but it wasnt available at all. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

They didn’t allow my wife to cancel her stay, even though she couldn’t make it due to sickness, and they never replied to my email request. On a few occasions, I didn’t get much help with questions regarding sightseeing, and they wanted us to figure it out ourselves. While that’s fine, a little common courtesy would have been appreciated. However, the staff was mostly friendly."

This property had a good location. Walking distance to the Metro and also one stop away from Dubai Mall made accessibility to food and dining easy. The customer service at the hotel itself needs improvement. I booked a non smoking room and on arrival was faced with a smoking room as they apparently over booked. This was rectified in a day but my allergies were seriously acting up. As an IHG member I expected better service.
