Did a very short stay - in late and out early. Airport shuttle is free but only one way - To the airport, not from. Desk lady was not very helpful when I asked for ice for an injury I had - good eco-friendly, but wouldn’t figure out how to get me an ice pack. The room service guy brought me a bucket of ice and then found a plastic bag to help me - much better customer care.

The hotel and staff were great. The pool was fantastic. I was disappointed that the shuttle didn’t pick up from the airport. Also the only place to eat was the roof top restaurant. I was expecting the cafe to be open in the evening.

The only issue we faced was the air conditioning of our room. It wasnt working properly. When we complained someone from the technical staff came and informed us that it would be resolved but it was never resolved. Rest everything went great
