The Airport Shuttle is a Joke
You cannot find any airport shuttle to get to this hotel. They don't drop off at some terminals to go back to the airport. Basically, the shuttle is a joke. I recommend other hotels with valid shuttles for transit passengers. The bed is very small and the food was not delivered with a different item instead of our order. It is an acceptable hotel but not comparable with similar-price hotels around.

My room was very dirty I could shower the bathroom was not clean and the room smelled very bad . I felt sick the whole time . The food on the menu was horrible DONT EAT THE FOOD … the service at coffee shop was horrible had to wait 15 minutes to get a coffee and 30 minutes to pay the bill . I did not get any rest !!!! This place was a nightmare

It’s usual I park my car while I traveling at IBIS styles Garhoud because I always stay since April 2024. on December 10, 2024, I had an unfortunate experience with a staff member who treated me unprofessionally. After the incident, I reported the matter to the front desk and even submitted an official complaint. The staff member was proven to be at fault in front of the reception staff. However, what’s more disappointing is that the hotel management did not take the time to address my concerns or even offer a simple apology. It has been weeks since the incident, and despite my efforts, I have received no follow-up or acknowledgment of my complaint. As a frequent traveler, I value professionalism and accountability, especially from reputable brands like Ibis. This lack of care and customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve how they handle guest complaints in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Not impressed with some of the staff's performance. Complained to the management but they preferred to ignore it. Guest room with toilet and shower glass cubicles are not very practical. There are no clothes/ towel hanging facilities and the shower leaks into the room.

My husband and I stayed here the night we arrived at the airport. The price was good, but the quality really suffered. Check in was extremely slow to the point that there was a line, even after 10pm. It took about 40 minutes to get our keys, one of which did not work. There was only one extremely tiny pillow per twin bed. The itty bitty pillows lead to poor sleep. After a 20 hour flight, this was a poor way to start our trip Additionally, the shower head kept falling off the wall and the electric kettle was broken. I do regret not paying a little more for better quality. Thankfully we were only here for one night.
