A brilliant hotel & staff
The second time we've been lucky enough to have stayed at this hotel and it wont be our last. Every member of staff are so polite and kind. Id like to give special thanks to the Club team, Sanjay, Zina, Evan, Maya, Fa & Laya who looked after us brilliantly. I can fully recommend Sanjay's Long Island Teas. Condition of the room and outside corridor was not what i would expect of a 5 star hotel. Carpet stains, wall stains, lighting not working, air con noisy and poor performing. Touch controls for lighting complicated to use. Tv system was also dated. The stay was mediocre and not value for money on the price paid.
