Great value for money. Very good eating and drinking options. Rooms were very good and breakfast options were great. Certain areas aroumd the property were in need of updating. The grass area and beds at the pool at the spa were shameful. We had several occasions of really noisy fellow customers and when we spoke to staff about asking them to quiten down just a little we were totally ignored. Lots of occasions where life guards were using thier moble phones on speaker phone which was frustrating whilst trying to relax. As non smokers we sat in the non smoking area outside at breakfast only to discover that the reception smoking area was located about 10 ft away. We have travelled to Dubai for over 15 years now and would say that staff training in terms of dealing with potentail conflict and upholding standards as well as respecting guests need for peace and quite could be worked on. on several occasions we asked for a taxi at the site entrance and were told to download an app as it was easier. I have to say that this was highly unusual and a first. Also the blatant use of prostition around the site is not only openly discussed by guests but also accepted by bar staff particularly in the "Warehouse"! this forced us to eat out most nights which is a shame.

I Always stay here when in Dubai. However all the nice staff have resigned. What a shame as these staff were excellent and always made me feel welcome. Something definitely wrong somewhere when all the met staff are resigning en mass.
