Lovely resort and facilities at the Meridien but also use of facilities next door at the Westin. The staff at the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner in the Meridien were great, particularly one of the supervisors Napoleon who took care of everyone. The staff at tbe pool bars and towel area were great aswell. Overall a great location, service and hotel

Party music till early morning.

Unbearable experience. I am staying in a sea view room on the ninth floor for 6 nights. Every single night there is loud music till really late. Called the manager and he said tonight’s party is finishing at 2:00am and would call the venue to lower the volume. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful gardens and with a private beach. Facilities are excellent and very well appointed but it also has a relaxed and welcoming feel. Our room was kept spotless with a huge and very comfortable bed. We love the range of different restaurant options as you can use those of the next door Westin and W as well; there is everything from Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean fish dishes, Steaks, or more 'relaxed' dining at the Horizon Pool bar. The main hotel restaurants also offer a great buffet selection every night. We visited during Ramadan so the buffet was Iftar and mostly focussed on middle eastern cuisine, but excellent and with something for everyone. The staff are really friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The Waterpark means the hotel is popular with families, and the music from the next door Barasti club means there is usually some noise around the hotel, though the rooms are very well insulated. The hotel is very conveniently situated for an easy stroll to the Marina or the tram, which is then a short hop to the mono-rail train over to the Palm. There is a Carrefour supermarket and a Pharmacy a couple of minutes walk away in case of need too. We've been coming to the Meridien Mina Seyahi for many years and always enjoy a lovely stay.

What makes this hotel stand out above? Others is simply the customer service we received from every single member of staff that works there. Whoever is training their staff need to be acknowledged as the service we received was superb and we have stayed in lots of other hotels in Dubai. Also, the beach is beautiful and the location of the beach is ideal as you don’t get all the noisy boat traffic passing that section of the beach. The gym is really well equipped and huge, hence if you enjoy a gym workout on holiday there are plenty of machines available it’s never too busy. You are able to use all of the restaurants in the Western hotel, hence you have a superb choice of evening restaurants A special mention to Jobin on the concierge team who helped my son with table bookings every single day. The room was a really good size and the daily cleaning team were superb.
