Excellent service and location minutes from air conditioned metro walkway which you can use all the way to Dubai mall. The staff in the bakery and breakfast area were exceptionally kind and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend.

Easy access to the rail and the Dubai mall on foot. The staff was polite and respectful. The breakfast is priced reasonable and good. The bread was tasty and so as other dishes. The restaurant staff was nice and welcoming. Massage spa was okay. I did not use the pool but the ambiance was nice. Over all I would like to use the hotel next time. It gave me a good feeling and enjoyed staying with them.
