We booked a Prestige Suite Room 3120. There was nothing prestige about it. The room was dusty, floors were not clean, sofas, rugs, and tables were stained, both bathrooms had no hand soap, had to beg and wait for room essentials such as body towels, water from the shower was leaking out towards the toilet and sink, service was very slow (had to wait 30-45 minutes for towels and iron/ironing board), they would remove used towels from the room during service and never replace them, the lifts were not working (my wife was stuck in an elevator between two floors for at least 30 minutes), light bulbs in the room were burned out and never replaced even after bringing it to the attention of the service staff, on the last day of our stay there was no hot water in the sink or shower, apparently a water pipe broke on the 9th floor, and many things in the room were loose and/or broken. The only positive of this hotel is the grand breakfast buffet and the Metro being within walking distance. My family and I did not enjoy our stay. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Nothing is of 4 star worth. I would not recommend this hotel even if they offered me free stays.
