Property was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the pool, and the variety of restaurant/meal choices. I chose it because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. And was a 5 minute walk to the metro. Affordability was also great.

Rude staff and very old fashioned

The worst hotel in Dubai. Staff are so rude and the facilities are as old as the hills. One month on and I’ve still not received my refund as the took payment through hotels app then made me pay by credit card when I arrived. ???? Do not book people. You’ve been warned.
