The hotel staff were very pleasant, my room was very spacious. Nice hot shower and deep bath tub. The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter for applying makeup. Great location downtown, not far from most attractions. Dubai Mall very close. The hotel could do a better job of providing more healthy items on the Lemon Peel menu. There were a lot of fried food pre battered items and breaded fried items. The chef served me yogurt instead of Baba Ganoush without any warning, I guess he didn’t think I’d know the difference. I brought it to the attention of the staff but only accuses were given. That was the Middle East entree. Also, my tv remote control didn’t work had to call maintenance twice to turn tv on. Needed the tv on in order to view Room Service menu. As a fix, I just left the tv on for the rest of my stay. Lastly, no iron/iron boards in room guest are required to call to order. I resulted to wearing wrinkled clothes for my stay.

Bellmen, Room service and front desk were on top of everything. Not to forget about the delicious meal the chef made and presented while sitting at the pool area. I work in a 5 star Hotel in New York so I can tell when Service is good.

The rooms were dirty, seems they don't do a deep cleaning, tables, bathrooms etc. The toilet at the lobby, had no paper towel in any of the toilets y itt was completely wet the floor.

The property was great. They gave us free upgrade. The view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing that killed the experience was the flickering of the lamps. I think there was some issue with the device where you push the key card to activate the lights.
