I regret choosing this hotel for several reasons. Firstly, the room had a noisy A/C, and the floor under and around the bed wasn’t clean — I even noticed leftover food from a previous guest. Secondly, the bathroom had poor, low lighting, and the sliding door opened directly toward the toilet, which made it very inconvenient to use. Additionally, they didn’t replace the towels or tissue paper the next day. Third, the bed didn’t feel completely clean, as there were some small hairs and stains from previous guests. Finally, the overall odor of the hotel was unpleasant. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Hotel and staff are amazing. Ubers were great we used them all the time. We also used and booked the activities for day trips from the hotel. They were all great. One problem the taxi guy who stands outside with the blue suit his taxi and and him are the bigest rip off. Have changed us so muchbover 100 aed for 10 minute ride. Have used uber since then and they all told us they riped us off. The boss with the blue suit also knows that but didnt care . They also approached us for sand dunes activities and tryed to off cheper then the guy inside the hotel but we didnt take there offer since they rip us off on taxi.

Although my stay was very brief (1 night only), overall it was a pleasant stay. My only concern or critique would be around the cleanliness of the toilet. Muddy patches were on the floor of the toilet at 3 separate areas. Buffet breakfast was great and staff were super friendly.

Room was nice and comfortable. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was average. Chefs were very accommodating. Location was out of the way but a 15 minute walk to the mall. No bus shuttle from hotel to beach provided compared to other hotels. Nice pool area to chill out. Only issue was i was relaxing in the room one afternoon and a member of staff didn't knock and walked straight in. Luckily i wasn’t sleeping or even worse walking out the shower! Overall it was a lovely stay. Would stay again.

I checked in around 3:45pm and had to request the hi staff to clean the toilet and bring the towels and toiletries. Staff were efficient and also very polite and apologetic for the dirty and unprepared room. Last day we had breakfast at the hotel where all tables were dirty, had to wait for preparation for cleaning the tables, fruits finished but menu was good and fresh.
