We stayed at Noon for close to two months, making use of Hotels.com deals and we thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s our favourite hotel apt and we looked at almost all of them. We found staying at a hotel apt during our job hunting in Dubai made settling in that much easier. The apartment has everything you need. It’s incredibly spacious and has all kitchen cutlery, including the dishwasher and a washer. The location is perfect, very central in Dubai, and about 10-15min to a number of other neighbourhoods (Marina, Jumeirah, JLT). You’re also practically next door to the Mall of the Emirates, and about a 10min ride to the beach. Lots of small shops nearby. The cleaning staff and the management were incredible. If anything needed fixing, they took care of it immediately, and we were generally always accommodating. We didn’t need changing of the linens every day, so the cleaning staff was even more accommodating. While our apt was cleaned well, the gym could have been better. The pool is fairly small and is not open till late which is a shame but given we stayed during the summer months, we didn’t end up using it a whole lot. Overal, a wonderful stay.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance the couches are ripped, stained and dirty, the staff is not really customer oriented they are very dry and not really trained for the hospitality industry. I switched rooms twice due to the condition of the furniture.

It is worst hotel i have been as they dont know how to deal with customer , I have stayed for 5 days then try to extend for two days more but they kick me out to try to call me one thousand time before the check out . The room is so dirty and it has flying bugs and you can see by your eyes when will go there . The parking is worst and dirty as well This hotel is wast of money .

Perfect place
It's the perfect place I've chosen to gather my friends to meet and hang out. And the place is clean and comfortable as well as the room, The pool is great and place is relaxing. We planned to stay there again soon.

Worse hotel dont stay uk review
Iv stayed in alot of hotel in my past but this hotel had to be one of my worse experience iv had. Shame because you can see alot of effect had been pit in thr decorations, For the amount of money spend me and my family waa extremely disappointed. Iv been dubai over 5time and never felt disappoint lile this time. Should of read the review and not looked at the picture. If you dont listen to the review cant say i didnt tell you.

overall it was good. Good location, friendly staff. My only concern was the maintenance piece-sugar/toilet paper wasn't replenished on time, balcony wasn't cleaned, towels had some brown stains on them. Also, the parking was terrible as cars had only one way for entering and exiting the parking lot, and it was quite narrow and small. Sometimes, the room access cards dis-activated suddenly, so we had to ask receptionist to get us new ones several times. I liked the fact that I was upgraded to a more spacious room free of charge.

Horrible experience & dirty rooms
We checked in to a 2 bedroom suite late at night and I immediately noticed that the hotel looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Once we got to the floor where our room was located the smell of smoke was over barring although I was told it was a non smoking floor. once we got into the apartment we were horrified, the apartment was dirty, the walls in the living room were dirty the kitchen cabinets were dirty and the sheets did not look clean. We had not choice but to sleep and the next morning we went for breakfast and there was no buffet, the waiter informed me that it was not available. I then decided to leave the hotel although we prepaid for four night and only stayed for few hours, I asked for my money back however the front reception refused. I called Expedia and they also couldn't help. we left the hotel and booked another one and I ended up paying twice!! horrible hotel, terrible experience and disgusting room and bathrooms.

Great hotel, brilliant staff, must book in!
We had an amazing experience at this hotel, everything was brilliant, the breakfast spread was great and the staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Been a great experience to stay there. We're a family of 5 with 3 girls, highly recommend families or couples to stay there. We will definitely be going back there. Only 2 minute walk away from "Malls of Emirates". The area is newly developed and in the centre of Dubai close to Burj Al Arab. Best mode of transport is Taxi run on meter and very reasonable fares.

Better than average hotel
This hotel is much more than what I expected! The hotel staff were polite however my room was dirty when. Arrived as there were old cornflakes behind the sofa, was disappointed however was cleaned there and then by hotel staff. Complimentary Wifi was worth it but kept on buffering and slow. Breakfast was nice and lots of things to choose from. Overal this hotel was a nice hotel and I'm happy about my stay.

On checking in, Expedia had confirmed room only so there was a dispute about breakfast. The hotel was dreadfully noisy. We could hear the TV and chatter from an apartment two doors down. One day the one bathrobe was removed (a second was never supplied) and on another all our towels were taken away. Worst of all, our early morning call never came! On the plus side, the bedroom was a good size with a comfy bed and nice bed linen. The shower was also a positive and the roof top view was stunning.

Good Apartment, comfortable, clean and spacious
Good hotel apartment, comfortable, clean and spacious, stayed for 3 nights, we were given an upgrade on arrival, had everything that was needed, only let down was the temperature of the water in shower could be a bit hit and miss had to use shower over the bath which didn't have a shower curtain so the floor got soaking wet, also the air conditioning was quite noisy so didn't use at night, but we went when temperature was acceptable. Excellent location to get to the Mall of Emirates (5 minute walk), pool area is good on the rooftop only small but acceptable. Would definitely use again.
