The property is amazing. It is beautiful and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool is fantastic and very relaxing after the heat of Dubai. I highly recommend staying here. The staff are wonderful from check-in to departure. They were very attentive. The only challenge was on my first day, I had my do not disturb hanger on the door and I received a call from housekeeping which woke me up as I was trying to adjust to the time difference. When I ordered food later that day, housekeeping took that as a sign to also come in and suddenly I had five people in my room all at once when I didn’t want them there. I was also persistently asked for a review to the point that they even brought in a QR code for me to scan. It felt pushy and distasteful for this quality of hotel.

A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

Best hotel ever. Everything was perfect!! Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The location is fantastic. 2 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. However, when I checked into my room, the bathroom floor was wet and there was hair in the bathtub and on the sink. The shower was also wet, and several amenities—such as soap, a toothbrush, and cotton pads—were missing. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Wassim, and it was resolved within a few hours. Still, the bathroom was not clean upon my arrival, which was disappointing.

I am pretty disappointed with this property. I spent a grip of money to stay at this 5 star resort and I left a Christian Dior shoe at the property in the room. I know exactly where I left it. I tried for 3 days for call the hotel, no answer. My sister even went down to the hotel as I was already out of the country and they were super unhelpful. It's literally an $800 shoe that no one could help me find. I know they found it. I won't be coming back because of the lack of respect for my time or money after I left the property.
