Except staff who were friendly and nice, there is nothing good with this property. Sofa was dirty, the room was not clean, no extra pillow, sheet, or blanket available. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough to keep anything in it. Very limited options for breakfast with low quality.

My recent stay at the Pearl Swiss was far from satisfactory. The hotel's condition was disappointing, with outdated and worn-out furnishings that gave off a tired and unclean vibe. The cleanliness standards were lacking, with stained carpets and dusty surfaces throughout the property. The bathroom was in dire need of renovation, with chipped tiles and a musty smell that made it difficult to feel comfortable. Overall, the Pearl Swiss failed to meet even basic expectations of cleanliness and upkeep, making it a regrettable choice for accommodation. This hotel should be 1.5 star and not 4.

I liked the fact that it was walking distance to the city centre. I didn't like the fact that I had to queue for long at reception to be served. Everyday there was always a crowd of guests to be served at reception. Service too slow and lighting in room poor. Some light were not working and TV was also not working

Rude staff
Guys beware of this hotel if you are bringing your car. They don't have their parking. They will ask you to park in someone's hotel basement with a lot of charges. They don't provide breakfast and do not get mis-leaded on the hotels.com add "Free breakfast Included". Its all lie.
