The property was located in downtown which was easily accessible to Dubai mall and other places. The hotel was really nice and clean however the toilet flush kept breaking every other day so another room would have been good but the house keeping would send someone straight away to fix it. The room was spacious and the view to Burj Khalifa and the waterfront made it even better. The housekeeping lady Amrita was one of the most amazing staff in the entire hotel, she kept our room cleaned all times made sure everything is available. She was a star! Transport was always available at the door step. Wish they had microwave in the room as it really would have made the hotel Outstanding. A special Thanks to Amrita!

The hotel was okay. I think the rooms can use some updating, particularly the bathroom. They also need more restaurants. My shower was leaky & when you washed your hands the soap bubbles came out of the whole in the sink. Also, I wish they offered way better television service. Americans only have ONE good movie channel to watch. On a good note, the staff I spoke with was friendly especially a guy name Leslie, i believe that was his name.
