Can't fault anything, very clean, staff are brilliant, food was great, big rooms, pool area was lovely, perfect laying out there in the evenings when still warm, lit up by the surrounding buildings. The main positive is the staff, they look after you so well, highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful, cannot fault anyone or anything . We had a fantastic experience. Also the breakfast was amazing, catered for every culture and nationality. Would highly recommend this hotel, great value for money, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if ever back in Dubai.

One of my best hotels to stay in during a visit to Dubai. Staff are super friendly and helpful which makes you enjoy the luxurious stay. However, this time, my wife and i stayed for 9 nights and we had continuous issues with housekeeping.. Everyday!! As if they didn’t feel like working.. a day without putting full set of new towels, a day without putting hand soap or shower gel (which one night the receptionist said they were out of hand soap!! A 5 star hotel out of hand soap!!!!) And the most annoying part of housekeeping was that it’s known worldwide in any hotel if you stay more than 5 days, the bed sheets should be changed automatically without asking.. unfortunately, also nothing!! On the side, a very WEAK wifi connection!!! We like the hotel and it was always our first choice of stay, but after this time, i’m not sure about it.

The lobby and surrounding area felt like a 5-star hotel, but once in the room this experience decreased. The room was barely tidy, things like the robes and towels felt dry and scratchy and the room itself was so-so. While the value is fair for the price, it did not live up to its star rating so would not return.
