We had a good stay overall, large room, clean, room service quite slow, very good breakfast, noisy hotel outside because of the works and last inconvenience, the soleplate of the iron was dirty and stained my new white blouse, the hotel tried to clean it but it did not completely go away, I did not have any other compensation it is a shame

The customer service is third grade at best. I made a reservation on Expedia. Right after making it, I realized I actually had accidentally booked for one extra night. I contacted the hotel right away and also called Expedia and had them contact the hotel to make the correction. After a lot of back and forth the hotel refused to make the correction and charged me the extra night. Their customer service is unprofessional and do not care about the customers. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I was not happy how I was up sold when I got to the hotel. I ended up paying a lot more than I originally booked. Also getting to the hotel was very inconvenient as you always had to make a u turn. Also a lot of construction around the property.

We got to the hotel very early after our overnight flight and the lady Shun Lae who checked us in was very courteous and helpful. Shun let us access our room early which was upgraded to an executive suite and was ready. Shun was very helpful during our entire stay. We were very appreciative of this great service. Our hotel room was very good with a nice view of the canal and the city. We spent our evenings in the Bai Bar & Terrace. The staff, Mike, Abul, Mutsa, Ellie, Alice, Keith and others gave us great service and it was very relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. It was a 15 minute walk to the Dubai Mall or a short taxi ride to the Mall or the city.

They don’t have shower curtains! Water just falls everywhere and they can’t do anything cause that’s how they designed it. I wanted to get out of that hotel as soon as possible.

Was not told about the development happening outside where noise from the construction site would start at 6am. Unsble to relax. Unable to get spa treatments as too noisey. Broken sleep. Shower wasnt worlimg had to get hotel to fix it
