A bit run down

**Hotel Review: Mixed Feelings** I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather mixed experience. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. However, the excitement quickly faded when I entered the room. Unfortunately, it did not meet the standard I had hoped for. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I noticed several issues, including a wet stain on the sofa that was quite off-putting. It’s disappointing when such details are overlooked, especially in a hospitality setting. Additionally, the furnishings seemed worn and in need of a serious revamp. The overall ambiance felt scruffy, which detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay. In conclusion, while the staff's kindness was appreciated and the upgrade was a nice touch, the lack of cleanliness and the condition of the room made it less than ideal for us. Unfortunately, this hotel may not be the right fit for our future travels.

Good hotel for family to stay.

Only one night after a long flight from Australia. It was comfortable and a great buffet breakfast. Pool was perfect for a morning swim before checking out. Room was great for a family of four with the sofa bed.
