In the downtown Dubai area and close to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle to the mall, Marina, Soukes, etc. Refer to the hotel staff for schedule information. There is onsite Starbucks and the daily breakfast was more than sufficient for Western and middle eastern palettes. I took a room that came with kitchen facilities which was more than sufficient. The 1 Bedroom downtown city view room came with a washing machine. living room and large bedroom. There's separate rain shower and bathtub facilities. Overall, ideal place to stay when visiting downtown area.

Our flight got cancelled at 2 am october 2nd and I reserved hotel through Expedia. We arrived at the hotel at 3 am and they told us that we to pay for the 1st october as well and they charged us for the whole day. My deal with expedia was included breakfast and the hotel charged us the same and didn’t include breakfast. The night manager and the lady in the reception were so rude. The hotel breakfast was so awful and the pictures of hotel were completely different than the hotel itself

This was my first visit to Dubai, and I wasn't sure where to stay. Based on online information, downtown seemed the best option for a first-timer. After researching various hotels, I narrowed it down to two options, with Ramada by Wyndham Downtown being one of them. I am so glad I chose Ramada! Upon arrival, Akbar greeted me, and Maduka checked me in at the front desk. He was very pleasant and attentive. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of downtown. Thank you, Maduka, for selecting the perfect room for me! The staff was very helpful throughout my stay, constantly asking if everything was okay and if I needed anything. I have never experienced such great customer service before. When I was leaving, Hawazen checked me out, and she was great too. I requested a taxi to the airport, and Mukhtar hailed one for me. Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai has exceeded my expectations! I will definitely return.

Location is good and convenient. A grocery store is next to the hotel. Fountain is a few minutes walk. Good view of both day and night. Free shuttle to Dubai Mall. Service is excellent. All the staffs front desk, bell boy are very kind and nice. Breakfast is Yami and have many choices.

The team is awesome! Guys on a reception are professional! Good choice of food!. It's fresh, hot and delicious. The view from window is wonderful: you can enjoy fountain show just from your room! I love our 10-day stay at Ramada hotel. Their staff was so friendly and always helpful. Though we had encounter issues like water leaks, they tried their best to fix it immediately. Our balcony view is so nice as we have unobstructed view of Dubai fountain. We love watching it every night. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I just hope they can add some Filipino food choices like garlic fried rice.
