We had an amazing time! This hotel is walking distance to the Dubai Mall and there are multiple bus stops nearby that are also walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice rooms. Cleanliness could be better. There are two clubs in the hotel with very loud music until 4am. Them people partying in their rooms and hallways after. Don’t count on getting much sleep. 2 star rating for service. The pool area is unusable. Location is fantastic and the views of burj khalifa are great. Canal side views are terrible. Facing another big building.

Firstly, I did not receive the room that I reserved and paid for. Secondly, the staff was not on the same page. I was constantly bothered while sleeping about the status of my stay as I requested another night. Ultimately I ended up leaving early due to not much respect of privacy.

The front desk customer service people were not helpful at all. There were two elevator services? Why didn’t they tell us which elevator to use? I literally had to ask where everything is it’s not like they were actually volunteering any information. There was loud music throughout the night. There is a nightclub in the same building. I would never stay here again.

The hotel is very nice looking however, I can’t believe this hotel is a five star. I’ve recently stayed at plenty four even three stars and they’re 100 times better than this place. This place is very poorly run. The staff at the front desk is very unprofessional and was yelling at the bell boys infront of hotel guest, which is so cringe. We asked for water a few times never got it and it wasn’t even busy when we stayed. Aside from that, it is an extremely noisy hotel due to the several clubs. We had to change our rooms three times due to the noise from the clubs and also the walls are like paper thin. We could hear everything from the room next-door. This hotel definitely has potential to be so much better.

Terrible cleanliness. Even after repeatedly asking for deep cleaning the room and washroom were very unhygienic and dirty. There were hair and dirt all over the room. Moreover there are many clubs in the hotel and extremely noisy. The noise doesn’t stop until 5am in the morning. Please avoid this property at all cost if you can. Horrible experience.

We had the worst experience at Ramee. It started with the check-in, some of the staff were just standing around not helping and the one person who was helping us left midway to assist another person. Then they couldn’t give us 2 room keys because apparently there was a shortage. The room was not clean, there was a wet spot on one of the pillows and when we called housekeeping ( this time and several other times during our stay) no one picked up our call. When we called the reception, they were unhelpful. There were stains on the couch too. The housekeeping staff was clearly incompetent because apparently cleaning the room just means making the bed. To add on the bathroom was clogged. Water never went out the drains. Called in couple of times where we were assured it will be taken care but never was. Please never stay here.
