I really like the location, the place is super clean and it is situated in quiet atmosphere, nice long beach with clean white sand and nice clear water., the food is yammy, I will recommend anyone to this awesome all inclusive resort in Deira, Dubai. The only one thing i didn't like just the mix drinks at the bar, other than that super super excellent..

Everything was perfect. I went with my mom for Mother’s Day and it was great. The buffet was delicious. And the staff were nice all the time. We felt safe at the resort and we would love to go again

This five-star hotel is highly recommended. It’s an all-inclusive resort with excellent service and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes served daily. The other three restaurants are equally impressive. The pools and beach are beautiful, and the bar offers a wide selection of great drinks. The entertainment at the pool and the auditorium is fantastic, with Joshua and the entire staff providing an amazing team effort. It’s a great place for families. Hakuna Matata.

The entertainment staff was a blast. The pool games the night show, they remember your names and always have that “I am here to help you” look. I wish they served better drinks for an All Inclusive, they need to improve their control of children running a muck and offer more kid activities that give them things to do. The food was incredible I enjoyed Lunch and dinner. Breakfast could have been better but it was all good. They should add Moscato to their wine list. The hot tub needs to be hotter and then the pool. Overall I met some Awesome Amazing people and hope to see them in 5 yeard

This RIU was pretty basic compared to other RIU’s I stayed at. So I had higher expectations, then what was given especially the entertainment area, there was little to no entertainment. The sports bar did not allow alcoholic beverages inside which was weird since it’s called a “bar”. After 2am security tells you that you can not sit outside and have to go back inside the hotel. The restaurants required reservations but was still a a self serve buffet, which I wasn’t used to since other RIU’s staff actually take your order and serve you. The pool/beach chairs were all reserved by towels with no one sitting there. Although on their policy it states staff will remove towels from chairs that’s not occupied. So good luck trying to find chairs that’s available without towels on it. Additionally, bar tenders did not freestyle alcoholic beverages. You had to order what was on the drink menu. I’ve been to other RIU’s that freestyle alcoholic beverages. Would not recommend

Food is adequate at best, lots of silly little rules like lunch doesn’t start till 1, drink menu had little to nothing to offer. King bed is just two singles pushed together. The property is clean, good a/c, just not a 4 star, but still adequate.

We arrived very late in the evening and it was helpful to have sandwiches and tea options available at that time. All staff members I spoke with were friendly, helpful and professional. The food options were vast and extremely tasty. They also have specialty restaurants on site that were equally good. This was my first experience at a RIU property but it won’t be my last.

Hotel: Beautiful location, the staff and service was great. Food: Less to be desired, very bland tasting Specialty Restaurants: Why do you have to make reservations in the two restaurants for buffet-style meals Beach and Pools: These locations are closed two hours before sunset. (WHY!) Noisy: All around the hotel are massive construction projects on both sides and across the street. (BEWARE) All in all it was a nice nine-day stay at the Dubai Riu Hotel

We always stay at Riu in different locations and we love them. This property is located on Dubai island which is 30-60 minutes away from palm island depending on traffic. Unfortunately traffic is is really bad alot of the times. Where there located is very under developed at the moment.

Hotel and staff are fantastic. Nothing too much bother. Right on the beach. Only negative is if you want to do the touristy things in Dubai. It’s a bit out of the way.
