What I liked 1) location, proximity to the metro station and deira city center 2) friendliness of some employees of the hotel, especially Mr. Sanjay(Restaurant) was exceptional What I didn’t like 1) we were a family of 6 staying for 4 nights.( kids of 11,10,5 and 3years), even tho we asked for connecting rooms( subject to availability when we booked the hotel) we were not even offered. They didn’t try their best to help. 2) Hot water/cold water selectors in both room were not functioning very well. Maintenance is due. Apart from that, was good for its price! Nothing to complain about

The property was nice. The laundry was a bonus, but expensive. The shuttle to the airport nice. They could offer airport pick up as well. The excursion desk people should be more honest. And explain everything prior to booking. Overall, the staff was accommodating, the hotel was adequate. Close to public transportation.

New hotel. Excellent location close to Deira city centre mall and metro. There is a supermarket inside the building. Lovely social area. Staff were so kind and helpful. My flight was early but they checked me in. Dhan - real gem he helped through out stay. We could store our luggage so that we can go into to city before taking a late night flight. I will definitely come back here. Nice little park for early morning walk is Also nearby

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel - read all the positive reviews beforehand which made me both encouraged …and a little skeptical. Hotel is a home run - large rooms, spotless clean, kind staff, excellent design, great breakfast, complementary hourly airport shuttle (to and from(. If you’re looking for an excellent choice near the airport, look no further. Would book again without hesitation.

Great hotel staff was very nice only negative is shuttle pickup from airport is ever hour could be 30 minutes we had to wait one hour for bus since we missed it by 5 minutes if they can improve buss service thay would be great it's a great location literally 2 minutes walk to Dubai metro .

One of the best hotel i stayed in and i am going back next month again. All the staff members were very nice and helpful especially Rodica (fantastic) as she called herself! But this place is so cool and the layout with the co working space they have is very unique and perfect set up for someone like me who needs such a space to work. So this hotel is definitely getting a 10/10
