Our family was delighted to be given 2 interconnected rooms as per our request at booking. Ohnmar was first to impress us at checkin, other staff at the reception were friendly and provided useful information whenever we had questions. The housekeeping staff who looked after our rooms were fantastic ensuring our rooms were clean and tidy and refilling drinking water without fail. The shuttle to many attractions was great and driver was careful and punctual. There were many taxis waiting outside the hotel making it very easy for guests to travel around. Overall, everyone enjoyed staying at Rove Downtown very much.

Excellent Stay
One of the best that I've stayed so far. Very convenient and affordable. It was near Dubai Mall. You can walk or use their free shuttle service. There is also coffee shop and restaurant downstair. Love our Stay. Till our next Dubai Trip!

24 hrs convenience store in the hotel , restaurant had a good buffet for the price you pay and the timings were good. Staff wasn’t as attentive , only when reached . Average hotel - serves the purpose if you want to be close to the Dubai mall and just come back and sleep

The staff are amazing, and the location cannot be beat! Everything is conveniently accessible from the hotel. Breakfast, is worth the cost and the in-hotel store provides necessities found at local stores (water, Hygiene items, etc.)
