I liked everything about the hotel. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything, The only negative is the way to enter the hotel by car, 6 floors up to the lobby...and also change the elevator to go up to the rooms.. by the way, it’s a new hotel and the food food amazing I like the breakfast .. I loved the way breakfast was served (food menu) ..

So Uptown Dubai was the final stop on our itinerary, and we were very lucky to have chosen this hotel, as the experience at So elevated our entire journey. First of all, the hotel design is very beautiful, the gym is well-equipped, and the food is very rich and delicious. The front desk staff, Danmoi, was very friendly to us and thoughtfully considered our needs, for which we are very grateful. We will definitely come again next time.

Hotel area under construction. Nice hotel but had some issues. Give the hotel 5 due to the friendly staff. Sara, Tanmoy and Yaman gave us excellent and top service. Really nice guys that will help you with everything,
