Like a mini-home

Stayed at the hotel for a month. The staff was extremely polite. There were people at the front door (Raghu, Asheaf, Salman) that were always smiling and polite The staff at the restaurant at breakfast were very helpful. I remember some names of the staff (Vasanth and Krishna). Always keeping the pace clean and helping the guests The staff at the front desk were no exception. From the manager Ayaz to the staff Wasi, Kamla and the rest. I don't remember all the names for the staff but there is not a single conplaint against any member. The person managing the sauna was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Jahanzeb and team were very co-operative. Wish I remembered everyobe's name so I could specifically write about them.

Very nice place, room very spacious and bed comfortable. No microwave, have to pay for a bucket of ice. Very small fridge which could only hold 4 small bottles of water. They don't given enough Towels you have to ask for it. Food not hot, just warm or cold in some cases. Not a whole lot of choices when it comes to food. Only 4 channels for TV with only one channel in English with outdated shows. Friendly and helpful staff. If you want to go anywhere, use Uber or taxi, do not use an agent in the hotel that helps to organize outings or excursions. They will rip you off. They will tell you that taxis is expensive and uses meter, but they will get you better rate. Do not listen to them. Take Uber or taxi or the Metro if you know where you're going or have time.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. However the property is extremely outdated and dirty. The first room they put us in on the lower level had roaches and mold. They then moved us to higher floor and that room was much better.
