Been here twice and staff always nice n friendly. A shuttle to Dubai mall is handy. Diana and Kopila in the lounge were very helpful. My flight wasn’t til night time and checkout was at midday and was trying to see what to do in the hours in between but they helped extend my checkout til just before I was picked up. Was a very nice touch and very welcomed as made the mad rush to check everything less stressful. Definitely recommend this for future stays. Comfortable beds, lots of options… hot water could be a lil hotter in the shower but apart from that definitely happy

We upgrade to club executive room. That was the best decision we've made. Hotel staffs, especially from the club were absolutely amazing. We were treated like vip. Afternoon tea and happy hour absolutely worth the buck. Eveything in hotel is exceeding all our expectations. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel, located in an excellent area downtown! All Staff are attentive and so welcoming. All needs are catered to and rooms are clean and serviced up to twice a day (morning and evening) if you would like. A variety of dining options are available around the hotel which suit different budgets. The hotel lobby and lift area is spotless & smells lovely. Highly recommend staying here and we cannot wait until our next trip!

The staff overall are excellent and always go above and beyond. In particular the staff in the horizon lounge are exceptional. I wish I could remember all of their names! The upgrade to the horizon lounge is very well worth it. The food and drink selection is fantastic. Nice to have an alternate area to work outside of your room. The room I stayed in was expansive. Lots of room to hang your clothes, very comfortable bed and pillows. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The pool is similar to a resort style with a swim up bar. The staff are very attentive providing you with wet towels to help keep you cool. The gym has a number of machines so even when it’s busy, I was able to find a free one.
