Sofitel Dubai Downtown is in a great location downtown, in close proximity to the metro and the Dubai Mall. Great view of the city from our room. Fitness room, spa, pool, and breakfast were all highlights from our stay at the Sofitel. Staff were so attentive, friendly, and helpful.

Amazing location, awesome staff, specially Solange Besong and Abdelahman who served at the club lounge in the afternoons, also thank you to Suman and a special thank you to chef Amr who personally came out of his kitchen to meet me when I said I crave the Egyptian dish Oum-Ali, in less than 2hrs chef Amr prepared it and sent it to my room. The best Oum-Ali I ever tasted. Thanks to all the staff who made our holiday extra special. The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean, actually housekeeping is twice a day, the pool is AWESOME, nice lobby, quick lifts, I can’t find any cons about this hotel. It’s just the best. We will definitely be back again

It’s a wonderful stay in Sofitel Dubai Downtown. The location is perfect to get access to Metro and Dubai Mall. Room is spacious with good maintenance. Service is good. Check in and out are fast. In short, a very satisfying experience.

Family trip for limited time,location is excellent but the real gem is the staff , very nice and helpful from start,they also helped in not only keeping our luggage last day but helping to put some medicines in fridge. Room is spacious ,clean and views were good ,and quiet .
