This place is absolutely amazing.. Our apartment was clean and everything was provided for our comfort. A grocery store was conveniently located right outside over building. We stayed on the 31st floor with an amazing panoramic view. Very nice and friendly staff.. I would definitely book my stay with Sonders downtown in the future and I already referred my friends and family members..Thank you Sonders for making my stay a pleasant one!! 10 out of 10 for me!!

Lifts take a very long time and we booked 2 rooms in 2 different towers and both rooms had blocked plumbing in the bathrooms and one room had water coming from the ceiling on the bed

Wow as are rooms were massive, a great place to staff with a large group on friends or family with all the rooms with there own bathrooms. The kitchen was massive with all the bells and whistles. Great view of the city with the balcony with staying on the 29 floor. Great gym with pools. Great location with 30 min walk to the Dubai Mall. There is a 24 hour supermarket less than 10 mins walk from this place. The front room is 28 feet across with a large table. 5 stars * * * * * review

Apartment was in an excellent location. Rooms where big with simple plain decor. Problem was after a few days at the Apartment, when you walk in to the apartment it would smell of sewage, contacted the front desk, would send a Engineer who would fix the problem. Then the next day same problem, this went on for majority of our stay. Had three rooms booked, only our room had the problem. What was even worse is they compensated us with 500 aed for our next visit. Lol after spending thousands on the rooms. You can keep the 500aed would not visit the sonder brand again.

Sonder Downtown is situated in a prime location. It had good amenities, the rooms are large and have incredible views if the city. The Apartment/Hotel is incredibly clean and staff are very helpful. However, there is always a wait for the lifts, so prehaps additional lifts would have made my stay more functional. The swimming pool was out of service, so the remainibg swimming pool that was functioning was very crowded. There is no onsite restaurant or eatery but a few facilities close by. Overall, it was a great stay, i would definitely stay again
